Portlanders took some of the culinary world’s highest honors Monday night at the 36th annual James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards in Chicago. Nodoguro’s Ryan Roadhouse won Best Chef: Northwest & Pacific, while Scotch Lodge won Outstanding Bar.
